Qui sommes -nous?

Kalilou DAMA is a Senior Expert and Business Advisor.

His vision is to increase social justice and economic development through youth entrepreneurship.
He initiated (in 1998) and leaded a non profit organisation “Club pour la Promotion des Jeunes en Commune I”. That organisation implemented several projects in the field of sustainable development such as education, environment, Human rights and health. It‘s working to empower youth in their innovative initiatives. It implemented a youth and child education center project from 2000 to 2005 with support of UNE SEULE TERRE.
He was a member of Executive Committeeof the National Youth Council of Mali
He advised women and youth organisations and made advocacy for several Youth projects near the Government
He stayed in an Attorney office during eight years (from 1996 to 2004)
He worked as the Lawyer of UNDP-MALI project for voluntary. He made adopted by National Assembly (in 2011) main Laws establishing and organising voluntary in Mali.
He helped designing Malian Youth Policy adopted in February 2012
He has been Senior Advisor near Malian Government ( Ministry of Youth and Sports) during eight years – from May 2004 to June 2012
He has got a Master of Law
He followed the Executive MBA program of UQAM (Canada)
He designed and developed a ten years Business Incubators Program for youngsters in Africa
He helped for Program designing and implementation in many African countries
He is helping, under CINOP consortium, for the Modernization of Higher Education
He gave speech in many international conferences since 2005 mainly in Asia, America and Africa, ...
